The official ceremony of conferring titles and investing powers, to the members of the school council was organized at the Investiture Ceremony at Seva Sadan Central School on 31st August, 2018 in the school assembly hall.

The event began with the school band giving a ceremonial welcome to the school council members.

The lighting of the lamp marked the beginning of the event. The school choir sang the School Prayer with great vigor and voice laced with pride and confidence.

The school council members were donned with sashes and badges by our Secretary Smt. Ragini K. and Principal Dr. Sasikumar M.
The flags were handed over, a symbolic representation of handing over the responsibility to the new office bearers. Our Principal administered the oath to the leaders.

School Head Boy Ajay J. of class XII addressed the leaders by asking them to be good leaders, shouldering responsibility efficiently. He enlightened them by stating that they have to be role models to their peer group and set high standards for their juniors to follow.

Our Principal, speaking on the occasion advised the students to discharge their duties sincerely and nurture their fellow school mates into becoming good leaders in future .
Our school Secretary, delivered her Speech motivating the leaders to uphold the spirit of the School by discharging their duties with sincerity and commitment.

The Class Prefects of classes I to XII were also given the badges by the School Council In-charge Smt. Sheela K.

We , Seva Sadan Central School emerged as Second Runner-up in Palakkad District Sahodaya Complex Science Exhibition - Pradyot-2018 in Category III(Senior Secondary)- Still Model .

The Programme was conducted by Sri. Arun Bhaskar, District Fire Officer, Fire And Rescue Services, Palakkad and his team.

In the Morning Assembly, the School Literary Club was inaugurated by presenting the famous poetry book “Odakkuzhal” to Ajay J. of class XII (Secretary of School Literary Club) by Dr. M. Sasikumar , Principal of our School.
